2nd Circuit of Ceramic and Arts du Feu - PARIS from 4 to 8 November 2009 - European and Oriental ceramics, enamels and glassware, from antiquity to the present day

Following the success of the Parcours de la Céramique et des Arts du Feu in 2008 and 2009, the Association des Spécialistes de la Céramique de Collection decided to organize this year a new Parcours through the galleries of the Carré Rive Gauche and the Louvre Antiquaires.

This event will be held from 14 to 19 September 2010, with about dealers taking part, from France, England, Belgium and Italy. The association has selected the best in their fields, and the participating dealers will be identified with clearly visible panels. A vetting committee will have first inspected the objects to be exhibited.

A greater diversity will be on show this year, from Antiquities to contemporary ceramics, majolica, Meissen porcelain, 17th and 18th century faïence, as well as Vincennes and Sèvres porcelain, glass and enamels.

This year, with the help of some eminent French museum curators, a special connection is being made between ceramic works of art in museum and private collections and those with specialist antique dealers.
